Do I need to be there?
Usually we’ll need the car keys (and the locking wheel nut key, if your car has one). Let us know how to reach you and we’ll arrange it.
How much space do you need?
Enough room to park the van nearby and to jack the car up safely on firm, level ground. Most driveways and car parks are fine.
What’s the legal minimum tread depth?
In the UK it’s 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tread, all the way round. Many drivers replace tyres at around 3mm because grip in the wet drops off as tyres wear.
